Nursing Assistant (primarily night shifts with occasional day shifts); will work every third weekend (nights) and work 3 holiday nights per year (rotating)

Works with and around others, has verbal contact and face to face contact with others.  Exposure to blood and body fluids, airborne pathogens, hazardous waste and chemicals, communicable disease, with minimal exposure to radiation, electric, and/or mechanical equipment.

Pay Type:  Hourly
Job type:  60-72 per pay period

Position is open until filled

Requirements/Education:  high school diploma or experience in healthcare setting

Licenses/Certifications:  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  helpful but not necessary

 Assists in nursing cares by performance of routine and delegated duties according to hospital standards. 

Has a knowledge of and utilizes appropriate patient care protocol relating to the physical and psychological needs of the patient throughout their life span. 

Provides clerical services to the nursing unit. 

Serves as a liaison for the nurse and patient in interdepartmental communications. 

Functions in a public relations role as receptionist.
