  • Durable Medical Equipment – DME
  • Home Health – HH

In addition to the credit card information required, you will need the patient name and account number plus a valid email address in order to receive a receipt by email.  Please note: The receipt that will be emailed to you will come from the City of Redfield.

To discuss changes or cancellation of an online payment please call Laurie at the Redfield Community Memorial Hospital at 475-7411.  Two business days will be required to make any changes.

We want you to know that Avera will carefully mange your account to minimize or eliminate out of pocket concerns.

For insured, Medicare, and Medicaid

Insurance companies, as well as government programs like Medicare and Medicaid, have taken steps to ensure coverage to eliminate any out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 testing at this time.

For Self-Pay

You will not receive a bill at this time. We are waiting to find out what government funding is available. You may receive a bill should government funding not cover the cost of the testing.
