DMS HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES NOTICE OF DATA EVENT

August 30, 2023 – DMS Health Technologies (“DMS”) recently discovered a data security event that may impact the confidentiality and security of information related to certain patients. DMS will be notifying impacted patients directly, and providing information about the event.   If you have received a letter from DMS, you can contact them directly with questions.  You may call their dedicated assistance line at: (866) 373-7164 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm CT or Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CT (excluding major U.S. holidays).
