CMH PUBLIC NOTICE - March 30, 2020

Monday, March 30, 2020

Thank you for choosing Redfield Community Memorial Hospital & Clinic and allowing us the privilege to care for your health care needs.

During this time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, you can have confidence that our entire team is here to serve you.

The safety and well-being of our patients, visitors and staff is our top priority at CMH. For that reason, CMH  has made the difficult decision to close our hospital and clinic to all visitors.

This decision was made in collaboration with the Medical Staff and Administrative Staff in consideration of the recommendations of federal and state health agencies.

There may be exceptions on a case-by-case basis for end-of-life care, births, and pediatric cases. For approved exceptions in which limited visitors are allowed, they must be:

  • 18 or older, & Either immediate family members, powers of attorney, guardians or patient representatives
  • Healthy with no symptoms of illness including respiratory or fever
  • Call ahead to confirm exceptions to the policy before attempting to visit.

We continue to provide outpatient diagnostic and nursing services, as well as therapy and some clinic visits. We have implemented many safeguards to ensure our patients’ safety and well-being.
